Seymour United Methodist Church to sponsor flea market

SEYMOUR - The Seymour United Methodist Church, 90 Pearl St., will hold a flea market from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. June 18.

New and used goods are welcome. 


Rent or bring your table. 
There is room for 18 to 25 tables.

Friends of Gatison Park in Ansonia to host event with Nature Center

"Ansonia Nature Center will be joining us at 1 p.m. Saturday for our Nature Classroom in the park series. Bring the kids to enjoy this free event to learn about the plants and animals that live in our park. There will be coloring, photography and more."

Ansonia Library Friends to hold 2-day book sale in June

ANSONIA - The Friends of the Ansonia Library will hold a book sale from 2-6 p.m. June 16 and 1-4 p.m. June 17 at the library, 53 S. Cliff St.
Come and browse a fine selection of gently used books, CDs, and DVDs, and a great selection of children’s books, all at very reasonable prices!

Hand-crafted beaded bookmarks, T-shirts and totes will also be for sale.
All proceeds from this sale will support library programs, resources and events for the benefit of the community.
