My husband and I started blogging in 2007, and in no time we made friends from all over the U.S., and the world.
We keep up with many of them now on Facebook.

These days it's still fun to be a part of the blogosphere, but I also maintain this blog to offer information to, and communicate with, fellow Valley residents.
Ralph (a.k.a. Airhead-55) and I participated in several memes, from Ruby Tuesday and Looking at the Sky on Friday to Shadow Shot Sunday.
He still takes part in memes, including Wordless Wednesday and Friday Hunt.
A friend from Shadow Shot Sunday told Ralph she missed me, so I took a shadow photo of a dinner that a friend treated me to the other day.
I realize it's Saturday, but most Shadow Shot participants post a day early.
It was quite delicious, and it's always nice not to have to prepare a meal and clean up afterward.
